Machine Shop

Since 1962, Kern Microtechnik has stood for the µm-accurate production of precision parts with the best surface quality. With our wide range of technologies and modern machinery for the most difficult tasks, we are now one of the largest contract manufacturers in the high-end machining sector throughout Europe. Our focus is on the series production of precision parts.

Our fully air-conditioned production facilities include 18 Kern CNC precision machining centres with high-speed milling spindles. Series of 50 to approx. 10,000 pieces are produced here. Prototypes required in advance are produced on the same machines - so the process transfer to series production is problem-free. The product range includes medical endoscope heads, watch plates and movement parts as well as fibre optic connecting elements and turbine wheels in the sub-millimetre range.
