In order to provide our customers with a quick solution to all customer service inquiries, our service department is divided into three service levels that build on each other. The structuring by 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support enables us to handle each customer request individually and as efficiently as possible.
All service requests are bundled in our first service level, whether by telephone or via our
e-mail address customer.service@kern- microtechnik.com. Our employees record your request in the ticket system and collect important data for fast processing. After an initial assessment, we prioritize your request and work with you to resolve minor issues to completion.
In more complex cases, we hand over your request to the best contact person for your machine type.
After transfer to the second service level, a technical expert for your machine type is available to assist you. Telephone and mail support or remote maintenance via teleservice PC help here. The 2nd level support acts as an interface between 1st level support and other specialist departments for a smooth conclusion and effective exchange of information.
If the solution to your problem proves to be more complex, our various specialist departments are informed immediately. These support our service staff in the analysis by means of evaluation of further data, in the creation of program templates or other programming work.
Our Kern service offers you a comprehensive range of retrofit and expansion packages. This allows you to make the most of the potential of your Kern machine and increase its productivity.
Kern Machines can be equipped with a wide range of accessories. These include a selection of different mold clamping techniques as well as other machine accessories such as special tools and the µ-View micro-inspector.
